Pre-order: All pre-order items are made to order and require 4-6 weeks for production.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of these items, all pre-order purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started. Please ensure your size, color, and details are correct before placing the order.

Shipment Delays: While we strive to meet production deadlines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as shipping or supply chain disruptions) do not qualify for refunds.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of the order. Production will not begin until payment is received.

Order Adjustments: Changes to your order (size, color, etc.) cannot be made after 48 hours of placing it.

Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
